Swallowdale is a charming classic childrens adventure novel by Arthur Ransome, following two sets siblings as they camp in the hills and moorland country around a lake. An old Great Aunt is the antagonist of the novel.

This was the second book in the Swallows and Amazons series.

Illustrated with a frontispiece, and illustrations throughout.

Collated, complete. 

Colour maps to the paste downs and endpapers.

CONDITION

In the original publishers cloth binding. Externally, smart. A little rubbing to the joints and extremities. Very light bumping to the head and tail of the spine. A few light marks to the boards and spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
