Refund Policy
Please bear in mindthat items of this size, shape and weight are, in many cases, impossible toprotect 100% during their journey to you. Inevitably arrive with somescratches in the paintwork - we are very sorry but we cannot accept returns onthis basis.
If you find a faultwith your product you can return it immediately for repair , if we cannotrepair it we will give you a replacement, if no replacement is available wewill give you a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
If you arereturning it because it is not what you want for some reason then, as long asit is in its original condition and packaging, you may return it within 14 daysof receipt and we will refund the value of the goods less a re-stocking chargeand the delivery charge. The restocking charge will be dependent on there-stocking charge charged to us by the manufacturers, it is typically 8-10 GBPor 15% of the value of the goods costing less than 20.00 GBP.

Please note we canonly pass on the delivery performance given to us by the delivery companies weuse. SpecialInstructions
Many customers askus for special instructions to be conveyed to the delivery driver eg asking himto call before delivery or to leave goods in specific places if out etc.We can put these instructions on our on-line shipping booking form but wecannot guarantee that the driver will comply with the instructions, they arenot obliged to do so, all they are obliged to do is to deliver the goods ontime and get a signature from the recipient. We can only guarantee that wehave made the booking correctly and that we have loaded the goods onto thecarrier?s van on time, we have no control over the internal operations ofanother company?s organisation.
What if you are notin when the delivery is attempted?
If you are not inwhen the goods are delivered, the goods will not be left, a signature isrequired. It is the only way we can guarantee that the goods have beendelivered. If out the driver will leave a card and attempt once(sometimes twice) more to deliver the goods. If you are out for thesubsequent attempts the goods will be retained at the delivery company?s depotfor about 2 days awaiting your call. If you do not call the goods will bereturned to us, this incurs a return delivery charge of approximately £20 per packageto us. If you subsequently call us requesting the goods you will be charged thereturn delivery charge plus a new delivery charge.If you do notwish to pay this charge we will cancel your order and refund the cost of thegoods less this charge.
Out of stock
If a product istemporarily out of stock we will send you an e-mail or call you to advise youof the approximate delivery time. We will also offer you an opportunityto cancel or your order or to amend your order with an alternative product.
Delivery Delays
During specialtimes of year such as Christmas, New Year and during transport disruption suchas adverse weather, strikes, fuel shortages, congestion etc. deliveries willinevitably take longer. All we can guarantee is that we have loaded yourorder onto the lorry on time (assuming it arrives), we can provide trackingnumbers so you can see on the delivery company?s website the status of yourdelivery.
Damage in Transit& Receiving Goods
Our carriers insistthat the goods supplied by us are inspected prior to signing the acceptancenote presented by the driver. Signing this note indicates that they havebeen received in good condition. Signing for a delivery means that youwill not be able to make a subsequent claim for goods damaged in transit. Ifyou find a fault or if you do not have time to sign the delivery driver?s noteor if you have someone else receiving the goods for you, write ?DAMAGED? on thedriver?s note. All goods are inspected at our factory before dispatch areshipped undamaged.
It is inevitablethat some minor paint scratches may occur during transit and we cannot acceptliability for this sort of minor aesthetic damage, but should your trolleysuffer more severe damage, we will of course replace it immediately or offer afull refund.

Warranty period
In keeping with itshigh standards of quality, olliestrolleys.com provide consumer purchasers witha one (1) year (from purchase date) Limited Warranty for normal use only.
This one (1) yearLimited Warranty is hereafter referred to as The Warranty Period and is subjectto certain conditions (as outlined below).
What the warrantycovers
Ollies Trolleyswill, without charge, during The Warranty Period, repair or replace, at itsoption, any component part which is defective or that malfunctions when the machineis returned for Inspection within the warranty period.
Exclusions fromwarranty
Every machine orcomponent part returned toOllies Trolleyswill be examined.
Wheels, tyres andbearings are excluded from any warranty on the basis that we cannot determinethe extent of any overloading or unreasonable use a trolley may have received.
Malfunctions,defects or failures of the machine or any component parts due to alterationsmade to the machine, improper or negligent use or abuse, or use of the machinefor rental purposes or use not in accordance with any provided InstructionGuide provided with the machine are excluded under this Warranty.
Any attempt torepair/tamper with the machine voids the Warranty.
Use of the machinefor commercial purposes (other than rental) is covered by this Warranty for aOne (1) year Warranty Period only to the extent that malfunctions, defects, orfailures of the machine or component parts are not due to alterations made to themachine, improper or negligent use or abuse, or use not in accordance with anyprovided Instruction Guide provided with the machine, or normal commercial wearand tear.
Further limitations
In no eventshallOllies Trolleysbe liable for any consequential or incidentaldamages you may incur in connection with the purchase and use of the machine;including, without limitation, commercial loss or for any incidental expenses,damage from improper use of either machine or products used in the machine,loss of time or inconvenience.
The equipment musthave a valid planned maintenance schedule which must be carried out inaccordance with any provided Instruction guide.
All daily checks ofthe equipment must be carried out in accordance with current Health and SafetyLegislation.
